Local long-established Japanese confectioner “Kida Family” put their heart and soul into it… and the Adachi Princess wagashi was born. The rice cake containing egg white is so soft and fluffy that it cannot be produced in a factory. Craftsmen wrap them by hand every day. The soft mochi is in the shape of petals and was created so that visitors can enjoy the petals of cherry blossoms all year round, since Princess Adachi is derived from cherry blossoms.
